Hi girls , long time no talk!!
Well, I have been enjoying life ( mainly eating like a psycho) and not working out so no I feel so big now. I have been dieting for years but everytime i reach my happy weight I celebrate with food, which is dumb :-) Anyways, I need to get back on track with at least 45 min of cardio or power walk five times a week and as far as nutrition is concerned, doing the Dukan Diet. If you don't know about the Dukan Diet, it is a protein diet elaborated by a French doctor. It has been the most efficient diet I have done so far, so everytime I feel that I need to lose a few kilos I go back to it and it works fast which keeps me motivated.
